In partnership with the Valley Baptist Legacy Foundation, we have launched a leadership cohort – Nonprofit Leaders for Excellence. Planning, coordination, and curriculum development have been months in the making with the support from consulting partners, Burnam | Gray. This week, we kicked off the 10-month journey with 12 incredible nonprofit leaders from the Rio Grande Valley. The group will gather monthly to learn, network, and collaborate on leadership, governance, operations, and more. Congratulations to the inaugural class!

The leaders will meet monthly from August 2022 through May 2023. The full day sessions cover all aspects of effective nonprofit leadership as it relates to governance, fundraising, legal issues, staffing, communications, data evaluation, and more.
These leaders are becoming stronger and more effective, and they are building a network that is leading to collaboration and excellence.
